Erica Jones, MSED
Founder
Erica Jones is the founder of Teach Us Well, a company that now serves as a wellness partner for corporate businesses. Originally established to empower educators, Teach Us Well has broadened its scope to provide skills, knowledge, and resources needed to create positive environments and promote wellness in the workplace. With over 10 years of experience in education, Erica has worked extensively as a consultant in the greater Philadelphia area, supporting both educational and corporate organizations with professional development and strategic planning.
Before shifting her focus, Erica served as a Supervisor of Curriculum Supports for the William Penn School District and as a Lead Academic Coach for the Acceleration Network in the School District of Philadelphia. She is an expert in curriculum and instruction, with a strong belief in the transformative power of education and wellness. Erica holds a Masters in Education Administration from Grand Canyon University and a BS in Elementary Education from West Chester University of PA.
